The home visit surcharge is an extra $25 because of the service visit travel time and costs. Fractional hour billing is rounded down to the 0.2 hour. If you drop the machine off at my place, you save on substantial labor costs. See map.

Tips to reduce my housecall service fee:
- I encourage you to have your PC available on a table with adequate working room.
- Trying to save your personal data is time consuming (if it can be done at all.) That is why there is so much emphasis on regular backups. Time spent for me to do data recovery is costly.
- If you have a retail PC, Have the original CD that came with it.
